The primary witness to the 4/29 “accident” is Isaac Rodriguez, a supervisor at the EBMUD sewage plant adjacent to the freeway. As he told the SF Chronicle:

“I saw movement, and there was a man up there. I started talking to the guy. ‘Are you the truck driver?’ ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘I’m burned. I got out as soon as I could.’”

Rodriguez is quoted: “It looked like a big slab of plastic because it was melted.”

And further “Rodriguez said he regretted not thinking to send a vehicle up to get the injured man while he and a co-worker stood for some 40 minutes watching the freeway burn.”

Meanwhile the driver (a felon with multiple convictions) “wandered more than a mile through darkened streets in Oakland with second-degree burns to a gas station and hailed a cab to take him to the emergency room, according to police and the taxi driver.”

Lets try to make this add up:

* There is a giant explosion at 3:41 am.
* Across a hundred yards of darkness, through the noise of 8,600 gallons
of burning gasoline we talk to the driver who says “I’m burned”.
* Then we continue to watch the fire for 40 minutes, until 4:21 am, and
don’t attempt to help the driver.
* The driver meanwhile walks a mile and finds a cab at a gas station in
West Oakland.
* The cab driver briefly spoke to reporters then refused to identify himself.

Draw your own conclusions.

Careful examination of Government Records indicate that an Isaac Rodriguez was a donor to the RNC in 2003.

Weslaco is just five miles from the 2004 explosion in Neuvo Progreso that killed six people. As with 4/29, officials immediately denied terrorism — even though they were unable to explain the explosion.

“It’s not clear what it was that happened — but it was not a bomb,” said Rio Bravo City Council President Alvaro Cervantes.

Weslaco is also just 15 miles from Pharr, the home of Global Limo Inc. The owner of the bus in the Sept 23, 2005 explosion/fire that killed 23 and backed up Texas freeways for hours. This “accident” was called “one of the deadliest accidents in state history.”

The Tanker Menace

Dr. Bill Wattenburg, an engineer and nuclear scientist, had predicted the possibility of tanker truck attacks on America’s freeways, and warned such terrorism could disrupt America’s economy. “For some reason,” writes commentator Gary Ater, “this issue has been ignored even more than has any substantial action on securing the U.S. ports and borders.”

The Port of Oakland — located just two miles from the crash site — is one of the four busiest container ports in America. And security planners have been warned about tanker truck attacks for years, ever since 9/11. Yet besides a few route restrictions and quick background checks, wide holes were left in the security procedures governing tanker trucks.

Is this simple negligence - or something more sinister?

“Attack on Camera” - Retraction

Earlier today, 429truth.com posted an image claiming to have been taken from the Lawrence Hall of Science video feed. We that the image was a fabrication, a composite taken from archival nuclear bomb test photos. The source who provided us with this discredited photo has been removed and the author who published it here has been reprimanded.

Every investigation will inevitably encounter bad leads, wrong turns, and mistakes which are easy to see in hindsight. We admit our mistakes openly and in good faith to preserve our credibility, advance the truth, and emphasize above all else that this website is not a joke. The “accident” on 4/29 was real, the consequences are serious, and our concerns about the unexplained evidence, possible coverup, and ongoing censorship remain unanswered. We are *not* a cheap parody website like 429truth.org or ikeadid429.com who attempt to discredit the truth movement with mockery and unfunny parodies, undermining serious investigation and rational analysis while the people who attacked us on 4/29 are still at large.

Breaking News: Attack Captured on Camera

Update: This content has been retracted, but is being kept here for archival purposes. Click here for the retraction.

The attack was captured by a government camera at the Lawrence Hall of Science. Government agents quickly took down the video and replaced it with an edited version, but not before our investigators snagged a copy.

Finally I must apologize to those who have written to me to say that this is “too soon”, that the widows of 4/29 (if and when they are eventually discovered) must be allowed the dignity to grieve before this “tragedy” is exposed for the sinister plot it is. Their compassion is understandable but I ask you: will the Evildoers say it is “too soon” to strike again? The gloves are off. We must speak truth to power before they attack again.

Welcome, New Truth Seekers

I’d like to take this moment to welcome our new readers. 429truth.com hasn’t been up for very long, but already the response from skeptics and truth seekers is amazing. Most people seem to recognize that even if some of the details remain cloudy there are many, many problems with the “official story” which cannot be recently explained.

Special thanks are due to the informers who have come forward to provide valuable details not previously known.

I’ll close with the fortune I received at lunch. I’m not implying that the Chinese government had anything to do with this strike (although increased Chinese demand for high-quality steel and resulting scarcity has already been blamed for repair delays) but many signs from the very large to the very small are pointing to something still hidden but far larger than any of us might suspect.

Did Arnold know?

The highway collapsed at 4:02 am while California Governor Arnold Schwarzenneger was supposedly asleep in Sacramento. Yet in these photos he is seen at the site of the collapse while it is still pitch black out: photo 1 photo 2 various photos

For reference:

  • Sunrise on 4/29 was 6:16 am but civil twilight started at 5:48 am, nautical twilight at 5:14 am, and astrononical twilight at 4:38 am, i.e. the sky started to get lighter at 4:38 and by 5:48 it was basically morning.

  • It is 78.3 miles from Sacramento to the crash site.

Here is a hypothetical timeline of events:

    4:02 highway collapses
    4:05 Governor receives phone call
    4:20 Showered and dressed (assume 15 minutes and that he shaved in the car)
    5:08 Arrive at site after 48 minute drive @ 100 mph
    5:13 Press conference starts (assume 5 minutes to get it going)
    5:33 Press conference ends and site tour begins (assume minimum 20 minute press conference. Note that Schwarzenegger, Newsom, and Dellums all talk and these are politicians talking.
    5:48 Tour of site ends (assume 15 minutes).

Yet the photos clearly show it’s still pitch black during the entire press conference and site tour, i.e. much earlier than the hypothetical timeline above. How could Schwarzenegger have arrived at the site any earlier? The answer is that the he knew what was planned. He should’ve waited a reasonable period of time before arriving at the site, but he probably couldn’t resist the Hollywood photo op in front of still glowing wreckage, not realizing that this would tip his hand and reveal his inside knowledge.

Was Schwarzenegger merely forewarned or did he have a hand in the planning? He’s a known RINO (Republican in Name Only) and has grown even more moderate recently. Could he be in cahoots with Democrats Newsom and Dellums to squeeze the federal government for even more transportation funds or to promote a progressive pro-mass transit agenda?

The “Truck” and the “Driver”.

At the center of the 4/29 conspiracy is the “gas truck” and “driver” supposedly responsible for this tragedy. This report (sfgate.com) raises more questions than it answers as it paints the official story of “James Mosqueda”, a repeat felon who would be an easy target for pressure from law enforcement or other agencies. Those agents for some reason allowed “a person with a criminal background to drive a truck carrying more than 8,000 gallons of gasoline through a densely populated area.” “To get [his hazardous materials endorsement] he had to undergo an FBI criminal history check and an intelligence background check“, checks which would have detected his criminal history unless they had reasons to ignore them.

In a page seemingly pulled from a cheap Hollywood thriller the driver somehow jumped free from the crash and escaped the fireball. When confronted with the impossibility of his escape, the driver “kind of blacked out and the next thing he knew he was running away.” Are we to believe that the driver ran away from the blaze while unconscious? Mosqueda family friend Rev. Oliver Escalante claims that “If he walked away, it’s only because the Lord was with him”, which also strains the limits of credibility. If the Lord was with him, wouldn’t he have avoided the crash altogether?

Meanwhile Oakland firefighters … arrived with two engines at 3:55 a.m., just 14 minutes after the collision…. almost as if their response had been planned. They worked quickly to seal off the area from all civilians, then claimed that the entire freightliner had been conveniently vaporized and “No sign of the truck remains at the scene.” Not that this crash resembles any previous ordinary “truck crash”. This isn’t the first time there has been an attack on the Bay Bridge 580/880 interchange. “On Feb. 5, 1995, a tanker loaded with liquefied gas crashed and burned on the MacArthur Maze.” County officials knew for 12 years that such an accident was possible, and yet for some reason they did nothing to stop it.

It’s almost your perfect tabletop exercise — real pristine, clean, and nobody got hurt,” CHP Officer Mike Wright said. If you believe the official explanation, of course.

More Questions about 4/29

Here’s more reasons to be suspicious of the “official story” about the 4/29 freeway crash.

  • The “crash” occured at 3:45 a.m. — when, suspiciously, there are no witnesses.
  • The truck’s driver was a 51-year-old man who conveniently doesn’t remember the crash at all.
  • The crash occurred in one of the most liberal locations in America — at the highway connecting Berkeley to San Francisco.

There are also holes in the official timeline. On 9/11, after being rammed by airplanes, each of the two towers remained standing for nearly an hour before collapsing. Yet we’re asked to believe that within ten minutes — and with Bay Area firefighters already on the scene — the highway had begun collapsing?

And the highway didn’t finish collapsing until a full 17 minutes after the fire started. What exactly happened during those 17 minutes?

Questions about what happened on 4/29

The “official story” from “official government sources” is that weekend a lone gas truck driver crashed a single tanker loaded with 8,600 gallons of unleaded gasoline into a guardrail in what they say was an ordinary accident. Unfortunately there are too many questionable statements, too many conflicting reports, and too many outright impossibilities for any serious, thoughtful individual to take this “official report” seriously.

Let’s review the facts.

Unlike the World Trade Center, the 580/980/880/80 overpass was reinforced against earthquakes and was not under the enormous compressive load that the towers were when they fell. The overpass was designed to support gridlocked traffic in an earthquake, but it collapsed without even a single car on it. The fire consumed only 8,600 gallons of fuel, whereas the WTC was allegedly brought down by 24,000 gallons of fuel. Does Governor Schwarzenegger really expect us to believe a story even more preposterous than the already-discredited official story about 9/11?To answer the question “Who is responsible for this terrible tragedy?” we must ask who stood to gain the most. George Soros? The California Department of Transportation? The Jews?

We pray that those drawn to the 4/29 issue by sensationalist claims will stay long enough to learn the less theatrical but equally damning truth.
